Boycot the Food Industry

Let us, for a moment boycot the entire food industry. Why? Because with every bite of food people put into their mouth, they feel guilty and afraid of gaining weight or eating poison. Confused by jargon which, by law, pretends to disclose what additives, preservatives and enhancers are lurking in food, the consumer needs a PhD in nutrition to make sense of it all.  Eat this, don't eat that, blah blah...

The Simple Truth Is ...

When you are hungry, you want to eat now. When you are not hungry
you don't want to think about food. You don't want to think about what you are going to eat later because when you are not hungry you don't yet know what your body will want to eat later. Many of my foody friends who kindly invite me over for lunch discuss over lunch what they are going to have for supper! Give us a break please. Food is for eating, not for thinking or talking or even writing about. I can say only two thing about food: If it ain't live (as in fresh fruit and veg), don't eat it. If it's sick (as in meat), don't eat it. That is the last thing you'll hear from me about food on this blog.
